Built Around Bafang Drive Systems
Most models in the range are built around Bafang drive systems — M620, M600 and M400 mid-drives, BBS02 and BBS-HD crank drives, and G-series rear hub motors — combined with 36V and 48V battery systems using LG, Samsung or domestic cells depending on the model. How Sourcing Works
1. Inquiry and model selection. Tell us the family or models you are sourcing, your target market and planned quantities. 2. Sampling. Under the published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. 3. Production. Production can follow your sample or drawing, including modeling and mold-making for custom projects. The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment, depending on category and quantity. 4. Testing and packing. Every complete bike passes a 100% electrical and mechanical inspection before packing; bikes ship 85% assembled in brown cartons, and folding models can ship folded. 5. Shipment. Terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) with EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP trade terms available.
